With more than 25 years experience as a television producer, Tom has produced over 50 programs and founded an award-winning television production company before starting Zoo. While his titles include Executive Producer, Managing Director, CEO and Bossman Extraordinaire, he’d prefer it if you just called him Tom. Mr. Elstner, if you must.

Ain’t no sunshine when Dom’s gone. Seriously, when it comes to post-production there’s nothing he can’t do! Editing, grading, sound design and mixing, VFX, SFX - he truly has the X-factor, seemingly capable of inhaling new skills. We still can’t believe he really exists.
