Where one of the biggest entertainers in German TV thought at the ripe old age of 76, “I can master this platform too!” So, on YouTube Frank Elstner met with guests – some of whom were always reluctant to join – simply because they liked his crazy idea (and him, of course). Helene Fischer, Jan Böhmermann, Herbert Grönemeyer and Giovanni di Lorenzo arrived in a very special setting:

Because, according to the man himself, that's all it takes for a good conversation. The first YouTube-Talkshow was a sensation, and Frank Elstner became the only man in the world to be awarded Best Newcomer after having already received his Lifetime Achievement Award.

Although Frank Elstner’s intention was to just quietly say goodbye, in the end he did it out loud. WETTEN, DAS WAR’S..? went on to became the first German Netflix Original in the non-fiction segment. And the table became only marginally bigger.
